dancing with the stars episode 2
A little different this week. Had classes to go to so we set the tape. then the tape stopped before the end. So I now know the scores before I see the dances. We'll see how it goes.

Bit tired, probably won't be as detailed as last week.



Rebecca and Aaron

Quite nice, not magic. Shoulders a bit to far forward, which closed up the space.

Some of the changes where a bit ... sloppy.

Easy though, nice to watch. Just not magic.


We cam in here and the tape had stopped so that's about all I can get in.


I agree with what the judges had said.

Elimination

"the next couple safe tonight is..." good that's fine.


"also safe tonight is...." that's not good. "also safe tonight are..." ARE. are!!! arrrrrrr! not that tricky.


Grrr Stefano is still there. How does even get in the building with those massive teeth.


Awww. Poor Lizzy and cody. Not enough comedy value to stay :(

Think I've figured out the prior problem. He never leaves the building. And at the end of the season they take the entire roof of!

Look at Jason's shiny patent leather shoes! I just got some patent tonight for dancing in. Nice to dance in a new pair.

Slow Foxtrot - yummy.

Paso - I don't know very much about Paso compared to the other dances.


Jonny looks like a pirate! Dyarrrrrr!

Stefano looks like the whiteware department at noel leemings.

I know paso should be strong and choppy, that doesn't mean that there is no fluidity

John and Krystal

Man I hope this all leads to a big comeback for John Rowles. We watched Second Hand Wedding in the weekend, and I enjoyed him most in it.


My parents never did the Foxtrot :(

needs to compose his face a bit more for the judges.

Went a bit wrong, but it was in the fun cheesy bit.

It's a shame that he went a bit wrong. Really nice ideas.

That was cool. All cute so far. I really dug the intro.


not great, but nuch better than last week. His head is too far left.

She's choreographed much better. And he's making sure to look up.

I think the dance off would be more entertaining that Candy and Brendan dancing again.

Geraldine and Stefano

We watched Second Hand Wedding in the weekend, and I enjoyed her not as much as John Rowles. He had a minor part. She was the lead. Let's see if that translates to Dancing with the Stars.

I just remembered that I already saw that they had the lowest score.

her top line is all over the place.

too much concentrating on scary faces not enough on the dancing. I;ve seen lots of comp cpouples lke that though.


Man. Compared to Jonny and Barbara, that's just embarrassing.

Paul: I was bored too. It was empty. It looked like to me like someone who has been told what Paso looks like, but not like someone who had been taught to Paso[3]{3}


Lizzy and Cody

So not fair that they have to leave when we could have lost Stefano!

hahahaha that bit with the wave was cool.

I think that all of the Foxtrots tonight have sort of showed the personality of the celebrities which is cool.

Nice little snappy bit.

Real shame that they're out.

It stilted a bit when they first got into hold. but it was nice.

Judges:

Ali: I love that Jase really sort of took the mickey there.[6]{6}
Craig: Even I thought that he was a bit mean there[6]{6}
Paul: maybe that's fair, but she's a hockey player.[6]{6}
Brendan: I saw some nice stuff there. I think that was prety mean.[6]{3 <- what the hell?!?!?!}

Tamati and Samantha

yay! Tim Shadbolt. Choice.

Wel, he's certainly in Character.

I'd like to see him push is teps a little further.

Still loks like he's leading, which is neat.

Ending was cool


Not as ace his the waltz last week, but cool.

Judges:

Rach pointed out the little salute. That was cool.

We just talked about how he looked like he was leading, and that when they where out in solo he kept in unison.




so that's it for the night.

Final thoughts

I actually really saddened that Lizzy was the first to go. I want Chris around for even longer now because he and rebecca are really funny togther.
